🎥 Here’s a look at a Mini Car ride running on our control system!

Right at the start, you’ll notice our remote-mounted operator console. Watch closely and you’ll see the green “ready” light illuminate — signaling the ride is good to go.

💡 Here’s what it takes for that green light to come on:
✅ Emergency stop released
✅ Key switch turned on
✅ Folding fence fully down and secured
✅ Stop button hasn’t been pressed in the last 10 seconds

I cut the ride a little short to demonstrate the home feature, which automatically returns the car for easy loading and unloading.

We now offer a conversion control box designed specifically for DC-powered train rides. These plug-and-play units eliminate all the old controls and power supplies — no more messy wiring or outdated components.

The control box mounts neatly on the back, out of view, while a new operator pendant runs up front where it belongs. We even include a multi-wire connector, so you can remove the pendant for transport.

I’ve spent years working hands-on in the carnival industry — from fabrication and electrical work to full control system automation. I started this business out of a passion for helping show owners and operators bring their rides up to modern standards with dependable, easy-to-service control systems.

🧠 Testing all the PLC safety features on the Hang Glider!

I approach every project with the mindset that “someone will always operate it the wrong way.” That means spending a lot of extra time programming for every possible misuse scenario — making sure the system can’t perform a function that leads to something unintended.

Over half my programming time goes into safety logic and fail-safe conditions — because reliability isn’t just about performance, it’s about protecting operators, riders, and equipment from the unexpected. ⚙️
