**Judice Contractors is looking for a Qualified Sewer/Water Foreman**
Location: Carencro, LA (HQ) – occasional out-of-state work
Status: Full-time, Hourly/Salary + per-diem when traveling

Core Responsibilities
• Lead a 4-8-person crew installing gravity mains, force mains, manholes and services; water mains, meters and services
• Read plans/profiles; set line and grade with pipe lasers or GPS
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and trucking to meet daily production goals
• Maintain safe trench, confined-space, and PPE practices; complete daily JSAs
• Oversee bedding, backfill, compaction, air tests, mandrel pulls, and CCTV inspections
• Communicate with superintendents, inspectors, and owner reps to resolve field issues quickly
• Track quantities, labor, and equipment time; submit accurate daily reports
• Train and mentor operators and laborers; evaluate performance and coach for improvement

Building relationships with future customers, engineers and government agencies are vital.
Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years as a Sewer/Water Underground Utilities Foreman
• Heavy-civil or municipal experience a plus
• Proven ability to read civil plans and set line/grade independently
• Skilled with pipe lasers, trench boxes/shoring, and GPS rover/layout gear
• Clean MVR and ability to pass a drug screen
• Willing to work overtime and travel out of state as needed
