Sneak peak at a renovation underway and something really fun to come to Caribou! The guys framed in a few doorways, Britt mudded, repainted the store, painted some furniture, trim, door, floor (oops jk). Highlight was wallpapering and found a unique way to create a beautiful accent wall. The second store front was done over the summer and has been super handy during renovations. More to come in the upcoming weeks! It’s difficult to suppress the excitement.

Maximizing budgets is one way we try to assist our customers to get more out of their renovations. We were contracted for a full gut on one bathroom, rearranged the plumbing and layout to fit a tub/shower combo. In order to fit a vanity, Ryan came up with framing the wall and building custom trim to allow the heat to escape (looks pretty snazzy). To our customers delight, the guys were able to do a second shower and floor. Homeowner crushed the painting 💪 In addition, this customer is getting a water softener in the coming week. Gained a wonderful customer and some furry friends along the way.

I will preface by saying exterior painting isn’t our jam; however, a kind lady was in desperate need of a paint job that wouldn’t break the bank. We discussed her options and found one that would fit in her budget. Gained 3 other jobs in the area as a result and a friend for life. Grateful to serve an awesome community!!

Color choices: kennebunkport green, trim is simply white and smoked leather for the deck planks.

Another wonderful family with a new exterior that enhanced their homes value and curb appeal. New door, numerous new windows with beautiful interior trim, some rot repair, fully insulated and sided. Under budget 🤘🏻Garden revamp spring of 2025 🌸

We are grateful for our customer base and their loyalty. It’s truly a blessing to get hugs on job sites and having customers happy with their homes.
