Pretty cool Job here folks !! Big house in West Bloomfield. Sewer stack picking up the 2nd floor came down a wall inside the indoor pool room. Sewer had previously broken and ruined the In floor HVAC system in the pool room. Remaining sewer branch was a good candidate for a liner since it traveled under 2 door Walls, a living room, closet space, 1/2 bath, and then Into the sanitary main which fell sewer under the basement steps, and traveled into the movie theatre room. We called our good buddy and sewer mentor Kyle Thompson out to shoot a liner in this bad boy. Here’s a few videos of the process. Glad we got to help out and learn a little 💪🏼

Stack replacement in the corner of a closet servicing a second floor bath. The original cast was basically gone !! Re ran a new stack in schedule 40 PVC. 3” toilet line. 1 1/2” lav line individual vent. 2” shower line off a T for a re-vent. All fixtures now have new drainage supply and independent venting. Couple videos of a liner in Redford at a commercial new build. Sewer was 13’ deep at the tap connection and it was under a newly installed block wall. Small break at the tap and the township was requiring a total excavation or a liner. Our good buddy Kyle Thompson was able to get a liner in, saved our customer and our GC from excavation 💪🏼
