Current opening for a Full Time Administrative Assistant in our Leola, PA office.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word etc) and some type of past work experience with day to day office administration. Project tracking will be involved so experience with spreadsheets is helpful. Must be punctual, have a professional attitude and appearance, and be willing to learn new functions as needed. Training will be provided by our management team.

Job Qualifications

• Must be able to perform the essential duties
• High School diploma or GED or related experience or training.
• Must pass background and drug screen and have valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational skills (ability to work with no supervision).
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs.
• Ability to understand maps, diagrams and records.

Our full time employee benefits include Health Care, 401K, paid holidays, vacation and sick time. This is a fulltime opening in our Leola PA office with daytime hours between 8 and 4:30 PM. Starting hourly wage will commensurate with experience and skills.
