As some of you may or may not know Scott & I have decided to start the retirement process. Therefore, N. L. Minich & Sons will be closing as of Dec. 31st 2024. Being a 3rd generation family business and having worked here for 50 years', this was a very difficult decision. However, we feel it is time for various reasons. We would like to thank everyone that has supported us through the 78 years we were in business. We are currently preparing to hold an auction in the Spring. We did our best to contact as many customers as we could to let them know. We would greatly appreciate it if you could share this post for those that did not get the notification.

Currently look for part-time or full-time seasonal employee for our mulch/stone division. Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. It is with deep sadness that we have to report on May 6th 2021 we lost a very dedicated and dependable employee. Jim planned to retire at the end of May, however he was diagnosed with Cancer in April 2021. You may remember Jim "Cowboy" Duncan. He worked for N. L. Minich & Sons for 47 years. Most of the time Jim hauled concrete for us but also did various many other duties such as driving a dump truck. He will truly be missed as he was like a family member to all of us.
For those of you that knew Jim was to like Jim. We are hosting a memorial for Jim on June 5th, 2021. If you would like to attend please RSVP to N.L. Minich & Sons's office at 717-243-2856 by June 1st 2021
