We had fun with this one! Added a 100 amp subpanel and EV charger to customers garage with the room for growth when the third bay is added and hopefully another EV van for their business. Panel safety is key. As a result of the last electrician not using manufacturer specs for the torque rating on this breaker this almost went up in flames and could have completely destroyed the mobile home. Luckily the customer already had an exterior dissconnect and was able to shut the power off. We went in, got rid of the old and gave them a new 200 amp panel swap. We had the pleasure of getting a call from Memorial Gardens once again for a lighting upgrade in their mausoleum. Swapped out the old fluorescent fixtures and installed LED flat panel fixtures.
