📲Meet Our New Multifamily Acquisition Specialist
Strengthening Our Search for New Investment Opportunities
As Neidlinger Enterprises continues to expand our multifamily investment portfolio, we're excited to welcome Jason Sanseverino to the team as our new Multifamily Acquisition Specialist.
Jason has been a licensed real estate professional since 1997, bringing nearly three decades of experience across land development, subdivision planning, residential acquisitions and renovations, loss mitigation, short sales, and institutional real estate investing.
Jason and Rob connected through their shared passion for aviation. What began as conversations around flying quickly evolved into discussions about real estate investing, the growth of Neidlinger Enterprises, and the vision for expanding our multifamily portfolio. When Jason was looking for a role that better matched both his experience and his desire for greater flexibility, Rob presented an opportunity that proved to be a perfect fit.
Today, Jason serves as the first point of contact in identifying new multifamily investment opportunities. He researches and analyzes prospective properties, builds relationships directly with apartment owners, explores potential acquisition opportunities, coordinates property tours, and assists in the evaluation process. Just as importantly, he develops long-term relationships with owners who may be considering selling in the future, ensuring we're well-positioned when opportunities arise.
Jason's extensive industry knowledge, relationship-driven approach, and passion for real estate make him an outstanding addition to our acquisitions team. His work will play a key role in helping us uncover off-market opportunities and continue delivering value for our investors.
"Joining Neidlinger Enterprises has been a dream come true. The role perfectly aligns with my experience while giving me the flexibility I was looking for. I'm excited to be part of such a talented team and to help grow our multifamily investment portfolio for years to come."
