Stephen Scirrotto (the owner of SJS) is a California-licensed architects with over 17 years of experience in both commercial and residential design, development, and permitting. In the residential sector, SJS Studios has done everything from small ADU conversions to new construction of 10,000+ sq. ft. custom single-family residences.
