Seattle. Tacoma. The Pacific Northwest crew came through and we fed them. Felt like the least we could do.

Honestly though, getting everyone in the same room, away from the job site, with actual food and no deadlines, is one of our favorite things we do all year. The people in these photos are the ones swinging hammers, running crews, and making sure the work is right. We just manage the schedule. They make it happen.

Thank you to our Pacific Northwest subcontractor partners. You already know how we feel about you, but we will keep showing up with lunch anyway.

We got together with our Northern California subcontractor partners this week for lunch, and it was exactly what it sounds like. Great conversation, a lot of laughs, and a chance to say thank you in person to the people who show up on our job sites every single day.
