URC is deep into interior renovations at Destinations Lynnwood, updating flooring, paint, and countertops across the entire community. Senior living renovation requires a different level of care and coordination, working around residents who are home, respecting their space, and keeping daily operations running without disruption.

This is the kind of work that does not make a lot of noise. It just gets done right.

Two days. One taco shop. Regional managers flying in from across the country.
We just wrapped our regional managers meeting at our Southern California office and it was exactly what this team needed. Two full days of learning, planning, and getting aligned on what we are building, followed by a night at a local taco spot and brewery that reminded everyone why we actually like each other.

The people in these photos came in from the Pacific Northwest, Northern California, Colorado, and beyond. Different markets, different projects, same team. Getting everyone in the same room, away from the job sites and the schedules, is one of those things that sounds simple but makes a real difference in how we operate together.

Grateful for this group. Big things ahead.

Alcyone. Downtown Seattle. One of our favorite jobs right now.
We are deep into interior renovations for Equity Residential at this high-rise multifamily community in the heart of the city. Cabinets, countertops, paint, bathroom flooring, fixtures, baseboards. The full interior treatment, 140+ units, running at 10 to 12-day turns.

That last number is the one worth paying attention to. The industry average is 25 to 35 days. We are finishing units in less than half that, in one of the most competitive rental markets in the country, for one of the most demanding institutional clients in multifamily.

This is the Pacific Northwest doing what it does.

Mario leads interior unit renovation programs across the Seattle and Tacoma markets, managing everything from occupied unit renovations and subcontractor coordination to scheduling, quality control, and client communication. The kind of work that requires someone who can keep a lot of plates spinning without dropping any of them.

He brings the same level of detail and accountability to every project, whether it is a handful of units or a full building renovation program. Our clients in the Pacific Northwest trust the work because they trust Mario.
