The Mayor recently presented a proclamation to Xcel Energy linemen in honor of Lineman Appreciation Day on April 18! ⚡

Lineman work is tough and dangerous. They are out in all kinds of weather, often putting their lives on the line to keep our power on and our community safe. Many are also first responders during storms and emergencies.

We want to thank all the linemen serving Carlsbad for their dedication, courage, and hard work. Take a moment to say thank you to a lineman and recognize a true hero in our community! 🙌
