I am a hobbyist gardener and plant addict who turned a passion into a career as a landscape designer. I find great joy in helping people turn a ho-hum outdoor space into a place that brings beauty and contentment. As a landscape designer, I get to meet all sorts of nice folks who appreciate nature and the outdoors, and also understand the value of investing in their home and personal space. I am p

articularly interested in helping homeowners enhance the beauty of their home in a sustainable way that respects our precious and natural resources. I love every step of this process; it is truly a journey into people's hearts and souls. The artistry and the science of this craft will never cease to fascinate me. The gleam of a leaf, the perfection of a flower, the gracefulness of a tree... How lucky I am!

I don't typically design with palms, but this unique succulent adds a lush, tropical touch with very low water needs. Loves hot, dry conditions, and thrives in tricky reflected hot spots like this planter near a wall.
