Great review from Wendy... "Vanguard was great! I appreciated them giving a quote through messenger rather than saying they needed to come out and diagnose it first. Even though I was specific with what I wanted a quote for ( “How much for running a snake through our kitchen line?”), several companies did not want to give a quote at all. That is a red flag for me.
When he got here he was thorough, friendly, and professional! We will use them again in the future!"

Great review from Ted... "Robert from Vanguard is a fantastic ambassador - organized, detailed and efficient - if it was as simple as just Robert they’d be a one-stop shop. Unfortunately over the last two years I have not reached a live dispatcher 80-90% of the time. If I leave a VM I’m guaranteed to NOT receive a call back 100% of the time, making this a very iffy vendor for me in spite of Robert’s value."

Great review from Ted... "Robert from Vanguard is fantastic and the best part of Vanguard. Organized & efficient, quote on the spot with great work! Downside of Vanguard - 90% of the time in recent months I never reach a live dispatcher& 75% of the time do not receive a call back or any concern for one-time having an emergent need. Because of that unreliability it has caused me to go away from Vanguard in spite of Robert’s valued service."
