🟣🌈🍀

Last week’s 10-minute presentation was from John Schelling of JPJ Landscaping LLC! 🌿

John gave us a look at the wide range of work JPJ Landscaping handles, including an impressive retaining wall project and their commercial snow removal services. We also learned just how much salt can be used during a busy Indiana snow season to keep commercial properties safe and accessible! ❄️

John also shared something that goes beyond the work itself—how much he values his employees. He makes a point to build relationships outside of the day-to-day job through team-building events and activities, creating a stronger team both on and off the job.

Thank you, John, for a great presentation and for giving us a closer look at JPJ Landscaping!

🍀 GIVE YOUR LAWN THE BOOST IT NEEDS THIS FALL! 🍀
A great lawn doesn’t happen by accident. Over time, your soil becomes compacted, making it harder for water, oxygen, and nutrients to reach the roots where your grass needs them most.
That’s where CORE AERATION comes in.
🌱 Benefits of Aeration:
• Relieves compacted soil
• Promotes deeper, stronger roots
• Improves water and nutrient absorption
• Helps create thicker, greener turf
• Improves overall lawn health and resilience
• Creates better conditions for fall seeding

Fall is one of the BEST times to aerate your lawn in Indiana, and our schedule will fill up quickly.
If your lawn is thin, stressed, heavily traveled, or simply isn't looking as good as you'd like, aeration can make a BIG difference going into next season.
🍀 JPJ Landscaping Stronger Roots. Healthier Lawn. Better Results.
📅 NOW SCHEDULING FALL AERATION!

Message us today or give us a call 317-519-3731 M-F 9am-5pm to get on the schedule before spots fill up!

Your best lawn next spring starts with what you do THIS FALL.

Lawn care & landscaping in Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville & Westfield. Mowing, mulching, hardscaping & leaf removal. 4.6★ rated. Free estimate.

Today wasn't about golf.
It was about investing in our people.
At JPJ Landscaping, we believe company culture isn't something you talk about—it's something you build. Taking the team to Topgolf was our way of saying thank you for the hard work, long days, early mornings, and commitment each person brings to the company.
A strong company culture creates more than just a good workplace. It builds trust, strengthens relationships, improves communication, and reminds everyone that they're part of something bigger than themselves. When employees genuinely enjoy working together, that translates into better teamwork, better customer service, and better results for every client we serve.
Businesses don't become successful because of equipment or buildings—they become successful because of great people. Our goal is to create an environment where our employees feel valued, respected, and appreciated, while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
Thank you to our entire JPJ Landscaping team for everything you do. We appreciate each and every one of you, and we're excited for what we'll continue to accomplish together.
Great companies are built by great people—and we're proud of ours.

Thank you to Topgolf Fishers for the top notch service and allowing everyone to have a great time!
