Metamorphosis Design transforms furniture and homes by updating using paints and stains while saving Creativity is provided on many levels, just ask!

Furniture can be purchased through the site and the specific technique and color can be chosen. Furniture can also be provided by you, the buyer, and can be painted for you. Metamorphosis is run by a local Artist of Carmel, Indiana and can help you with the decision making process. We are also a great group of women that do a lot of onsite work, like cabinet refinishing, stair railings, and trim painting.

Bye-bye shiny lacquer red cherry stain! 👋🏼
After 3 rounds of stripping with the best stripping agents out there- 2 min. stripper and lacquer thinner I was able to start sanding to this beautiful natural wood tone top. You can really see the beautiful wood grain now.
The base of the table, China hutch and chairs were sprayed in black and the China hutch inside painted a white color to lighten it up without having to turn the light on. 😉😉😉
The basement bar area got the works as well- sprayed in a custom white and new hardware.

It’s SO hard to not keep these crates! 🥹 They make the perfect Fall decor displays. 🍁 🍂 🎃
These are some of the best vintage crates I’ve ever found. Great logos, serious dovetail on one, and a lid on another. I did keep the corned beef crate because of my Irish background (remember, I’m adopted 😂).
I’ll have these available my sale this weekend. 🧡🤎🧡

NEW PUPPY ALERT!! 🚨
Meet Hazel, she’s a new breed for us. Most people haven’t heard of it but she’s a Shiba Inu. No beagle this time 🐶 ☹️. We just couldn’t do it knowing it wouldn’t be like Reesey.
We picked up Hazel yesterday and she’s the sweetest.
Cuddler ✅
Gets along with Nugget ✅
House trained ✅ (so far so good)🤞🏼
No barking ✅
No grooming ✅
Loves the crate ❌
Looks like for now she’ll be sleeping in our bed. 😁

I just love when a large China hutch is repurposed! 😍
These are commissioned pieces for a client that just bought a new home. 🏡
The top piece of the hutch fit perfectly in a bump out in their hallway.
And the bottom piece is going to be a tv stand in their family room.
Both pieces got new hardware and the top pieces got legs added.
