For Jonathan Zuzga, ZUMA Contracting isn't just about construction - it's about building trust, creating opportunities, and changing the way people experience the construction industry.

After spending his career in the skilled trades and leading large commercial projects, Jonathan launched ZUMA Contracting with a vision to bring commercial-level organization, communication, and professionalism to residential construction. "We want to change the way the industry's viewed," he said.

That philosophy starts with communication. While many homeowners have heard stories of contractors disappearing after a deposit is paid, ZUMA has made customer communication a priority. Every client receives regular project updates from planning and permitting through the final walkthrough, giving homeowners confidence and peace of mind throughout the process.

ZUMA specializes in residential and commercial construction, offering custom homes, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, siding, outdoor living spaces, and complete property transformations. Rather than coordinating multiple contractors, customers work with one experienced team that manages every phase of the project under one roof.

What truly sets ZUMA apart, however, is its people. Many of the company's project leaders bring 15 to 20-plus years of experience, and several once owned their own businesses before joining the team.
