Check out this amenity space at 77 West Wacker!

Ryan Watson walks through two wall systems working together in one design vision. In one area, we installed a Modernfold Encore automated horizontal folding partition that was 38 feet long and 9 feet high with a 54 STC rating.

In another area, we went vertical with a Skyfold Zenith Premium, 3 feet long and 9 feet high with a 55 STC rating, featuring touchscreen controls and a bone white finish on the ceiling closure and bottom panels to blend seamlessly with the adjacent ceiling.

Two very different systems in one unified design.
