“The design is beautiful and I got things I didn't know I even wanted but they are what makes this a custom home.”

There are a lot of decisions between the first set of plans and move-in day. For these homeowners, having a team guiding them through those decisions was an important part of the experience.

“They made the process so easy. Having the office with all the samples close by was excellent. I feel they got to know us and our wants and taste which helped.”

A beautiful, personalized home and a process that feels manageable are what The Wallace Way is all about.

On the coast, some of the most enjoyed spaces are the ones that blur the line between inside and out.

Sunrooms and screened porches create a natural transition between the comfort of home and the outdoors.

Large windows and doors, plenty of natural light, and seamless access to living areas can make the outdoors feel like an extension of the home, giving you more ways to enjoy the coastal lifestyle throughout the year.

By connecting interior and exterior spaces, the home becomes more connected to the lifestyle that drew you to the coast in the first place.

Why is the messy kitchen so popular?

For many homeowners, it comes down to having a space designed for the parts of the kitchen you don’t want on display.

A messy kitchen creates a dedicated space for meal prep, appliances, extra storage, and cleanup, keeping everyday clutter out of sight.

It’s the best of both spaces: a hardworking prep area behind the scenes and a main kitchen that remains open and welcoming.
