Well here is the latest and greatest project!
1st story basic remodel, although the project became more elaborate when we moved the staircase over 18" (removed transition in ceiling as well as widen the staircase), this changed the weight load points on the floor, so we had to frame a wall in the basement to support weight. We also had to frame a landing in the staircase because we ran out of headroom (code is 6'8" from slope line of stair-nose). Customer wanted to save and reinstall all the old trim, and even though it was a lot preparation to make it paintable (where the paint would really adhere) we were really happy with how it turned out!

Electrical was done by All Phase Electric (Zach Holbrook 715-851-8658)
Floors were refinished by John Smith (715-571-7536)
Upstairs floor done by Samuel Holbrook (715-250-1117)
Drywall was finished by Mike Maule (715-851-0386)

One can save a lot on an addition when they build on top of concrete pillars (buried below frost line), rather then purring a whole basement or frost wall!

Hey everyone! Here is a shed that we remodeled this summer. The customer wanted to finish the upstairs in two sections (half storage/half bedroom). We installed OSB in the storage room and tongue and groove car siding in the bedroom. We also installed a door slab that was salvaged from another job!

Our latest project! Our customers wanted a new roof system, but wanted to maintain the integrity of the original design. So we ended up completely removing the old roof (including rotten 2x4 trusses) and rebuilt a stronger roof system with the same gambrel design.

Just finished the framing for Adam's future auto mechanics shop...... And the closer we got to completion the more jealous I became (it's going to be nice). Adam does high quality work at a very reasonable rate, call him if you need some work done on your vehicles :) 715-581-4977

The same place we build the garage the customer is having us remodel the house: new windows (reframing because RO sizes changed), wrapping windows and doors, as well as installing a vinyl product that is made to look like a cedar shake. The parts of the house left unfinished is going to have brick installed yet.
