Cody has been a steady, reliable presence over the years. The kind of person who shows up, puts in the work, and builds real relationships with the homeowners he works with. He knows his craft, takes pride in doing things right, and has a way of making the process feel a whole lot easier for the people on the other side of it.
Whether he’s talking shop, cracking jokes, or out doing what he loves outside of work, Cody brings consistency and a strong work ethic that has helped shape our team.
Five years in this industry is not easy. It takes grit, consistency, and a commitment to getting better over time. Cody has shown all three, and it has not gone unnoticed. We’re proud to have him on the team and appreciate everything he’s contributed along the way.
