**** WE ARE HIRING****

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Demolition Laborers to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will assist in the demolition and removal of structures, debris, and other materials from construction or renovation sites. This role requires strength, stamina, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition tasks, including dismantling structures, breaking down materials, and removing debris.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as sledgehammers, jackhammers, and saws.
• Sort and load materials for disposal, recycling, or salvage.
• Follow instructions from the site supervisor or foreman.
• Ensure the safety of yourself and others by adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required protective gear.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment regularly.
• Assist in preparing sites for demolition and clearing them after completion.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, demolition, or related work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with demolition tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to various job sites in Austin and surrounding areas.

Join our team and contribute to the delivery of tools and equipment to various jobsites safely and efficiently. Collaborate closely with our mechanic and service technician, creating a productive work environment. A fully-equipped company truck and trailer will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport tools and equipment to designated jobsites, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Effective communication and coordination with the mechanic and service technician, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, and reliable driving capabilities (No CDL required)
• One year of proven experience in equipment hauling.
• Bilingual proficiency is highly regarded, although not mandatory
• Physical dexterity to comfortably lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Tactical is all about going green! While demolishing 137,000sqft of structures, we recycled 93,300 tons of concrete and 46,870 tons of ferrous metals! This project cleared the space for new multi-family condos on White Rock Trail in Dallas.

What an exciting week here at Tactical! We had the privilege of partnering with Dallas ISD on the renovation of one of the oldest campuses in Dallas. The historic 1931 Geneva Heights Elementary School needed a little face lift and we gladly stepped in to help! This demolition project involved many facets of our company’s services. We performed a building separation involving our Wall Sawing division, demolished a 40,000 sqft structure, and removed interior finishes throughout the remaining building. We loved being a part of this historic project and cannot wait to see the completed renovations.
