• Client Communication:
• Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Communicate with clients regarding service schedules, invoices, and other relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
• Scheduling and Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of company resources. Knowledge in Service Auto Pilot is a plus
• Manage and update client schedules and service records.
• Coordinate with field crews to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Data Entry and Record Keeping:
• Billing
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client information, service history,
and invoices.
• Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Quickbooks
• Inventory and Supply Management:
• Assist with inventory management for field crews, if applicable.
• General Office Support:
• Perform general office duties
• Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Customer Service:
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all clients.
• Address client concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Other Duties:
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
