Here is a project that we finished up a couple months ago. We have done several phases for these customers. It all started back in 2020 when we built the pavilion that has the outdoor kitchen and fireplace in it. They wanted something to be able to sit under and enjoy year round rain or shine. We also built under the deck in to hide it, we came up with a vertical pattern yo have something different. Once we completed this for them it wasn’t long until they wanted an area for the hot tub so we built this area with the stamped concrete floor to match the pavilion area. Not to long after that we installed the steps going between the pavilion and the hot tub area. Our next project for them was the basketball court area where we installed a sitting wall that was a dual purpose of a sitting wall and to shed water away from the court. We sodded most of the back yard and tied the sod into the existing grass. We also built a stoop over the basement door along with redoing the steep and high steps going down which included stack rock and flagstone. We moved to the front yard and built a stoop over the side door to match the front porch and added a plant bed and also a couple of columns with lights on them to go to the back yard. We flagstoned an existing concrete area and put stack stone all across the front bottom portion of the house to tie it all together. We installed large pieces of flagstone for a nice walkway from the driveway to the 3 enrty points. Our last project to finish it all up was the removal of an old driveway and small turn around and replaced ot with a paver entrance and circular driveway with a turn around and driveway to the back yard. We resodded the front yard to finish it all up. We had Kmac Electric doing all the electrical. My guys and myself spent countless hours making sure it turned better than the customers expected. Thank you for years of work. I think we may be finished for a year or so. Thanks to Al Newell who built the pavilion for use and Jason Norton who did the stoops.
