Met with Dan Hogan from DC Hogan Associates on-site during appraisal, walked the roof, documented the damage, and made sure this homeowner got the fair outcome they deserved.

Long fight. Strong finish.

The Adams family stayed the course, we got the approval they deserved, and now they’ve got a beautiful new roof to show for it.

We completed the roof in IKO Dynasty Shadow Brown with high-profile ridge, handled interior painting, and got the fence cleaned and stained to help bring the whole property back together.

That’s what it looks like when the homeowner wins.

Today, our team is out walking roofs, checking properties, and helping homeowners understand what actually happened. Not every issue means a claim, and not every contractor will tell you the truth.
