Here we're going around an ac unit , we've built it up around the ac to channel away the water, with a water proof closed cell foam , then we went over top with a 12 yr base cote .then the final cote over that is a cool white high efficiency roof cote it has a10 yr nonprorated warranty .

Here we're doing a restoration over top of a tpo single ply system flat roof. We can also put the same over epdm rubber. This system has a 10 yr nonprorated warranty, cool white high efficiency 85% reflectivity, against the suns uv rays which results in savings on lower energy costs.
