A custom-built 501 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) has been completed. It was built by Green Quality Services from the ground up and is attached to 1508 square foot three bedroom home. Take a tour via the walk-through video.

Flooring is installed! Getting so close to inspection for occupancy and having tenant move in.

The shower has been thoroughly grouted and cleaned, and is now ready for fixture installation and glass door fitting. Meanwhile, the kitchen countertops and backsplash are securely in place. Just a few more final step remains to complete the 501 sq ft accessory dwelling unit. Exciting!!

We recently completed our latest project, navigating challenging weather conditions including snow and rain in the Tahoe area. The scope of work included replacing 12 windows, installing a new sliding glass door, and upgrading the exterior with James Hardi panel cement board siding and new trim. Following our work, painters are scheduled to commence painting next week. Notably, the original T1-11 siding from the 1970s showed significant wear, highlighting the necessity of the upgrade. One of our recent clients has particularly expressed appreciation for the heated tile floors. We have just completed the installation of heated tile floors with tile baseboard in the entryway and half bathroom of their home. Consequently, all their bathroom floors are now heated. The comfort of stepping onto a warm floor with bare feet is unmatched. We personally utilize heated tile in all our bathrooms and the entire downstairs area of our own home.
