Today, we celebrated the grand opening of Woodland Gardens at Canterbury Court, where we got to play general contractor for a stunning native woodland retreat in the heart of Atlanta. 🌿
From demo’ing three houses to laying 900+ LF of ADA-compliant concrete walks, we went all in:
🌳 Planted 50+ trees & 4,000+ native shrubs/plugs (90+ species!)
🪨 Salvaged concrete driveways into retaining walls
🏞️ Built a heavy timber swing & prefab pavilion
💡 Added low-voltage lighting, irrigation, & an emergency transponder system
This private garden is a vibe for residents to relax, connect, and soak in nature. Huge shoutout to our partners:

The Dale is a small mixed use development in downtown . This project is adjacent to the Avondale Green park and pavilion (…and ). We have enjoyed being a part of it becoming a reality and the opportunity to work with Peter Constructive on several of the exterior components! Avondale Estates is a special place and it has grown since we called it home almost seven years ago!
