While another year has flown by and as them market has cooled off somewhat, we are still doing inspections. Again we would like to thank our friends, Agents, buyers and sellers for your support. As we move into Spring, we are gearing up for a busy season.

We are currently in to our 10th year of doing home inspections! Time sure does fly. We just wanted to take the time to say "Thank You" to all of our agent friends and clients that we have created relationships with over the years. We certainly couldn't have made it this long without all of you.
We all know how crazy this market is right now. I don't think that anyone in the real estate business has seen it like this before.
We are still here for you if you need a home inspection. Not only do we work for buyers, but we also offer pre listing inspections so you, as a seller, can know what issues you may have with your home prior to putting it on the market. We also have the credentials to do new home construction inspections, which we highly recommend.
We use a common sense approach and have the knowledge to do a very thorough inspection, including using infra-red technology. We actually get on the roof, unlike other home inspectors.

This year has been awesome so far! We have been blessed to have built the wonderful relationships that we have over the years.
