Service Technician will be responsible for handling warranty calls on completed multifamily apartments, Service calls on apartments that are out of warranty, setting temporary poles on new jobs, and occasionally we will have some single-family service calls come in. You will need to be able to schedule, coordinate, and handle paperwork for billing.

After a 2021 campaign that saw Jeremy Clements make the NASCAR Playoffs for the second time in his career. The team is excited about the 2022 season’s outlook. Authentix Cartersville is a new garden-style multi-family community underway in Cartersville, Georgia. The development will offer 240 apartment units across 10 two-story buildings. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pool, car wash and dog park.

The clubhouse roof is completed and windows are currently being installed. The slab for Building 1 is completed, and the slabs for Buildings 2-5 will be poured by the end of next week.

Woodward Crossing is a two-building, 254-unit apartment development under construction in Buford, Georgia. The development incorporates a two-story parking garage and an array of amenities including a fitness center, clubroom and outdoor pool.

Building 200 and the amenity/pool area is completed and being turned over to the owner. The roof at Building 100C is completed, and MEP rough-ins are ongoing.
