Thompson Heights Water Customers- The City of Denison is changing Thompson Heights over to the new meter and water will be cut off at 10 pm Wednesday, 1/8/25 for approximately 4-6 hours. Water will be restored as soon as possible. Please let your neighbors know that may not be on Facebook!

Attention Thompson Heights water customers…

The City of Denison new Thompson Heights Water connection work will begin on Wednesday, September 18 and 19. The water outage should be from about 10pm to 2am each night.

Please know to turn sprinklers and other overnight water draws off if possible. Restrict water usage during these hours to prevent loss of water pressure and residual water in our system during the shutdown period. Maintaining residual water and pressure during this short period of time can prevent additional requirements such as boiling water before use.

Thompson Heights water customers- there is a main break at 1249 FM 1310. Expect little to no water pressure for the next couple of hours. They will have your water back on ASAP!

Public Announcement Thompson Heights Water for May 22-23, 2024.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS
The City will be connecting their new intake line to the water plant. To facilitate this the City will be shutting down the water supply to the City and the whole service area. Beginning at 10:00 pm May 22 - May 23, 2023 for approximately 5 hours. Hopefully, planning should keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
To aid in eliminating boil water notices, the City is planning to maintain water pressure in the city wide system. Please make sure you have all your lawn and irrigations systems turned off for Wednesday night though Thursday morning. This will aid greatly in preventing the drawing down of water pressure throughout water system. Even if you have residual water flowing from your faucets, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WATER.
