With Jack and Owen heading back to school, our team will be downsizing for the remainder of the season. 🏊‍♂️ ANOTHER VINYL POOL RENOVATION COMPLETE! 🔨💦

We wrapped up another renovation project today, giving this pool a fresh new look while also taking care of some important upgrades below the surface.

We actually replaced this customer’s skimmer line several years ago, and this time we were back to complete the next phase of their pool renovation.

🔹 Project Highlights:
💧 Installed all-new underground return line plumbing
🏊 Installed a custom-fit McEwen Industries vinyl liner
🔨 Removed sections of the existing pool deck to access the underground plumbing
🧱 Poured new concrete patches and matched the existing stamped concrete pattern as closely as possible
🧹 Full cleanup and restoration of the work area

One thing we take a lot of pride in with projects like this is how we leave the property when the work is finished.

Replacing underground pool plumbing requires excavation, demolition, and access around the pool—but when we’re done, our goal is to leave as little evidence as possible that we were ever digging up the customer’s property.

Clean job site. New plumbing underground. Fresh custom liner. Pool back together and ready for many more seasons. 💪☀️

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER — PAST-DUE INVOICES & POOL CLOSINGS 🚨

As we head into pool closing season, we currently have a higher-than-normal number of customers with unpaid invoices from spring pool openings and other completed services.

All outstanding invoices have been sent multiple times, along with payment reminders. As a reminder, our invoicing system also allows us to see when an invoice has been delivered and viewed.

If you have an outstanding balance, we will NOT schedule or perform your pool closing—or any additional service—until your account is paid in full.

We are a small business. When we complete a service, we have already paid our employees, fuel, chemicals, materials, insurance, and other expenses associated with completing that work.

Non-payment for services that have already been completed is not acceptable.

If you have received multiple reminders regarding an outstanding invoice, please take care of your balance before contacting us to schedule your pool closing.

⚠️ Past-due account = Account on hold
❌ No additional service or pool closing will be scheduled while a balance remains outstanding
🔍 Once the account is paid in full, we will review the account and determine whether we are able to continue providing future services.
🚫 Customers with repeated late or non-payment issues may no longer be eligible for future service.

We value our customer relationships, but we also have to protect our employees, our schedule, and our small business. Repeatedly chasing payment for work that has already been completed is not something we can continue to do.

We sincerely appreciate the overwhelming majority of our customers who pay promptly and respect the work our team provides. Thank you for supporting our small business!

Wrapping up another major renovation project and bringing this pool back to life! From aging plumbing and equipment to a completely updated backyard swimming pool, our team handled this renovation from the ground up.

💧 PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

🔹 Dug in & installed all-new underground pool plumbing
🔹 Installed a brand-new skimmer
🔹 Installed a new VGBA-compliant dual main drain system
🔹 Installed custom-built corner entry steps
🔹 Measured & installed a custom-fit vinyl pool liner
🔹 Installed a complete Jandy equipment system, including:
⚙️ Variable-speed, energy-efficient pool pump
💦 New filtration system
🔥 Pool heater
🧂 Saltwater system
📲 Full pool automation and controls

The new concrete pool deck was completed by a separate concrete contractor, but once the deck was ready, our team brought everything together and transformed this pool into a fully functional, modern swimming pool built for years of enjoyment.

We’re especially proud of how this one finished up — a perfect-fitting custom liner, completely updated plumbing and equipment, new entry steps, and a dramatically updated overall look. 👌

If you reached out and haven’t heard back from us yet, we’ve been out of the office attending the Unadilla Pro Motocross National in upstate New York 🏁

The Crowley Pool Service #236 machine got dusted off and made its return to the track for the weekend! It was great to get back behind the bars and enjoy a little time at the races.

We’ll be back in the office first thing tomorrow morning and will be spending the day catching up on calls, emails, and messages from while we were away.

Thanks again for your patience — now it’s time to trade the dirt bike back in for pool trucks! 😂💦

🏁 CROWLEY POOL SERVICE IS HEADING TO UNADILLA! 🏁

We’re trading pool liners for starting lines for a few days! 🏊‍♂️➡️🏁

Our office will be CLOSED Thursday, August 13th through Sunday, August 16th while we head to Unadilla Pro Motocross National in Upstate New York! 🏍️💨

🔧 Field work will continue as scheduled during this time.
📵 Our office will not be available, and we’ll be in an area with very limited cell service and no reliable internet access. All calls, emails, and messages will be answered as soon as possible when we return.

After quite a few years away from racing Crowley Racing is officially coming out of retirement for the weekend. Although we are not racing we will be taking advantage of ride days on the track on Friday and Sunday during the race weekend. Time to dust off the #236!

We’re looking to add another reliable, hardworking person to our team as we head into our busy fall season!

📅 Position: Seasonal – September, October & beyond
🔧 Work: Primarily pool closings, along with assisting our crew with liner replacements, renovations, service work, and other pool-related projects as needed.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Reliable and shows up on time
✅ Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
✅ Able to work well as part of a crew
✅ Willing to learn and take direction
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Pool experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for seasonal work this fall, and there may be an opportunity for continued or full-time employment in the future for the right person.

Our work is primarily throughout the South Shore and Plymouth County, with our shop located in Carver, MA.
