Roofing, Siding, Windows & Gutter Company located in Cary IL
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Professional to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (depending on experience) Will train for position Schedule: Monday – Friday Full Time position preferred. Part time may be considered.
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations - Answering phone, License & permit applications for jobs sold, Bonding applications for jobs sold, Job Proposals typed and sending out, Blueprint login to records, Create and process purchase orders, Track inventory and maintain inventory tickets, Monitor and update materials tracking, Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing using QuickBooks, Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence and Provide general administrative support to the team. Requirements: - Experience with QuickBooks preferred, Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Familiarity with Google Docs and related tools, Experience with purchase orders, inventory tracking, and materials management, Strong organizational and multitasking skills, Excellent communication and attention to details.
