Our experienced team has seen and handled it all. The best time for a crawlspace inspection is after a heavy rain! This homeowner took a look and found out he had an indoor swimming pool. Our first step was to install that sump pump and basin, which ran nonstop for hours. After pumping all of that water out we installed a full drain to prevent this from ever happening again.
