City approved, power lines and cable dropped ☑️ to preserve these views. We are working on a new rendering to reflect the up to date changes we are making to the facade of this house but it will no longer be Farmhouse......stay tuned listing soon.

We have made lots of progress on our shop with living quarters. Here are the photos from excavation to framing. Our trades are almost roughed in and we finally got some flatwork poured earlier this week. What a great space!

We got started on a 50x60 RV garage with living quarters this week. The homeowners had some mature Blue Spruce trees that they wanted relocated. Hazelton Excavating was onsite to cut in access for C Lazy T tree movers. Challenging terrain for both but we got them moved. We will be getting started on the foundation next week.
