Between buzzing saws and jobsite calls,
With work boots lined along the walls,
When winter’s cold and deadlines bite,
And service calls stretch late at night—

Old St. Nick noticed all the strain,
The early starts, the cold, the rain.
While others slept so warm and sound,
Our crews were out on frozen ground.

He saw the grit, the sweat, the grind,
The long cold days and overtime.
And so, he made a special stop,
Right here today… at our Vlies Electric shop.

No chimney stack, no fire aglow,
Just ladders, wire, and trucks in a row.
But Santa knows where real work’s done,
And electricians are ranked number one.

So here were treats and a few small things,
A thank-you wrapped in stockings and string:
Santa chose to reward first, ones who build more than wire and light,
But homes, farms, and futures, day and night.

For when the days are short and cold,
And the jobs are tough and the coffee’s old,
Remember this—the lights stay bright
Because of what you do on every site.

St. Nick tips his hat, gives a nod just right,
And says, “Vlies Electric… you’re on my nice list, for doing it Right.”

You’ve earned this stop along the way—
And he thanks you for all you do each day! 🎅🏼
