That attic is NOT friendly. I would say that I feel bad for the spectrum guy that he has to install new coaxial when the service gets transferred, but I would be lying. lol. And thou shall not tell a lie. lol

Wyoming Flooring made the floor indestructible!
Now I’m just waiting on the electrician to finish the lights and that darn HVAC and plumbing guy to finish the AC and hot water.

Thought I would initiate my new office with my zero gravity chair. Ha!

Got another one done today! I think I’m getting too old for this. Ha! I installed the original Carrier equipment when this house was built in 2005 right after I passed my journeyman test. At the time, it was state of the art with a 2 stage 14 seer condenser package with a zoning system on electric air handlers and in floor radiant heat all communicating on the same group of thermostats. Last year I replaced all the thermostats because the updated operating program no longer supported the original thermostats. It seemed so long ago, and here I am replacing the very equipment I installed with the new modern 2 stage 17 seer condenser packaged with new electric air handlers.
I don’t remember them being so heavy!! I guess my old mentor was right…..He always said someday they will be heavy to me too!

I finally found a place for my sign I made 3 years ago!
It certainly has been an adventure. 6 years ago I made the decision to start a business. Taking all my knowledge at that point and directing it into a single purpose without truly understanding what the future held. It was a scary choice to make. But the real American dream is working hard for that success and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
2 weeks ago I made a purchase of a building on N Lennox and is currently being transformed into our forever home. A building far more visible and NO MORE ONE WAY STREET off the interstate!!!! That’s the best part.
As we transition to our new building, we expect some disruption with mail and deliveries but our great service and dedication to our customers remains unchanged!
John is happier now as well. He has dedicated storage for all his plumbing needs.
