These gaps between concrete slabs may not seem like a big issue now, but they will allow water to drain down between and underneath the concrete. Over time, that water can wash away the base material that supports the concrete slabs, which can lead to larger cracks, settling, shifting or sinking.

When water gets into these cracks and the temperatures drop, the water expands as it freezes. That expansion causes larger cracks, voids, heaving and quicker deterioration

By sealing these crack and voids, we help keep the water out, protecting the foundation underneath the concrete and extending the life of the driveway. Its preventive maintenance that helps avoid more expensive repairs later.

This patio we poured 6 years ago just got a fresh reseal and looks brand new again!

Quick sidewalk removal and upgrade complete. We replaced this old rotten sidewalk with a fresh larger pad with connecting sidewalk for better space,safety and curb appeal. Clean, solid and built to last!

We had the opportunity to partner with local author Casey Rislov Author to donate some of her books to local children in our community.📚
This week we received the sweetest surprise-
Thank you letters from the kids at Woods learning center who received books. This truly made our day and reminded us how important it is to support our local community.
