On This project we needed to start by removing old air unit
not being used anymore, cap the hole left in roof by
building up with wood and fasten all down right and level,
then we had to pre-fill low areas that were holding extreme
amount of water even for a flat roof, then the new system
is applied like all the others we do, leaving this building a
solid non leaking roof for many many yrs. to
