TPO, 60 mil, Gen Flex, single-ply project completed by R.A.D. in 2020. Our company removed the existing roof to the deck. We recommend strongly to get roof to the deck when possible. Installed roof as a fully adhered TPO single ply roof, refurbished the brick wall with a wood structure adhered with TPO and capped with a Metal para-pit cap. This building has a 2\12 pitched roof were we removed a poorly installed torch down rolled roofing system, as an overlay of the original (BUR) tar and gravel built up roof system to the deck. R.A.D. Roofing Inc. installed an "Atlas" (impact 4 resistant), Storm Master Shake asphalt shingle as a low slope shingle system, with manufactures warranty.
