We are seeking an Estimator/ Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating and project management, as well as being proficient in basic computer skills. Pay will depend on experience.

*Responsibilities*

- Prepare estimates for residential and commercial projects

- Utilize construction estimating software to create detailed proposals

- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control efforts

- Coordinate personnel and materials

- Assist with field work when needed

*Requirements*

- Possess a Journeyman Electrician license

- Experience in electrical estimating and project management is preferred

- Strong communication skills with customers as well as employees

- Ability to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates

Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling

- General knowledge of construction industry is ideal but not required
