We renovated the kitchen island, replaced the cabinets, and had Balconi swap out the countertops; we also installed the backsplash. I think it looks fantastic. Thanks to the Balconi team for the top notch seamless work—our client is absolutely thrilled.

After the granite was delivered last week, we were able to complete the bathroom—including the countertop, niche shelf, and threshold—before the holiday. Now, our client can regain their independence in their barrier-free bathroom.

We replaced the wall surround shower with a custom tile shower. We also remodeled the floor from PVC to charcoal hexagon ceramic tiles.We are now just waiting for the granite shelf for the niche; the threshold separating the shower area from the tiled floor and the countertop are being fabricated and will be delivered by another company. This week, we installed 480 feet of aluminum fencing. The posts were set 42 inches deep in concrete, and we installed three gates. In addition, we had to transplant 12 small 4'/6' Arborvitae trees. If you plan a project let us know.

That was fun once again; we built a roof structure over a deck, complete with a few small upgrades. It actually turned out quite nicely. Our client is happy, and we shared a celebratory 🍻 yesterday. Enjoy your porch, Michael Taylor ! Thank you for your trust. And of course, when we meet again, I’ll bring Stella a little bit of homemade chicken broth 🐾

After pressure-washing the stamped concrete floor twice, we dried it using an air blower; this allowed us to seal the concrete—impregnating it with an acrylic sealer—yesterday evening and again this morning. A big shootout to Balconis. They provide a great job in time. The countertop for the outdoor kitchen was ready to pickup and installation yesterday afternoon. Thank you to Balconi & Team for the excellent advice—and for helping us choose the black-and-brown leather-effect look instead of the light granite variant.
I can hardly wait to fire up the gas grill and cook some fish this afternoon!
