This is essential because any water that comes into contact with the foundation of your home can cause major issues inside! The flooring to this deck started off as chipped wood. We were hired to add new PEX Board on the floor and it turned out amazing! Although the deck needs more finishing work the flooring adds a phenomenal start! As we were doing the job, we noticed that some parts were not up to code so we replaced some parts as seen in the second photo. It’s important to make sure everything is up to code not only for the companies safety but for the customers safety as well!
