The wife requested I put a shelf in my daughters room. I didn't want to put the other projects i was working on on hold, so I was going to just buy some to save time. However, Home Depot wanted $120.00 for the 4 shelves. Being the cheap skate i am, I bought a 1"X12"X6' for $21.00 and $10.00 for some mounting screws. Was it worth it saving the money? It was a day I could have used to put my foundation forms in. My answer. For the family, yes, yes it was.

I seen this on the Bearded Viking Woodworking channel and thought it was a cool idea. We are always having large social gatherings at our house, so it will see a lot of use. I put some of my own twists to it, but i used his idea as a starting point. I think of am going to make another one and put a lazy Susan on it next time.

It has been a while since I have had time to get out in the work shop. However I have been on limited activity for a few days, so I decided to make something to display a kukri i bought at the Renaissance Fair. I just want to say thanks to my dad, who gave me this nice piece of myrtle wood that I used. I really like the way it turned out.

Just finished my new magic card cabinet. The pictures I bought from displate. Making drawers is very tedious, but it was worth it in the end.

I made his desk for the wife. It has flowers from our wedding and another important event in our life I was very impressed with how well it turned out.

Just gave these to grandma and grandpa for christmas. When you can't find anything for the people who have everything, just build it. They are made of solid oak. I used the waterfall technique. The drawers are made with a little curly maple. I put plug ins on the side so they didn't have to bend over anymore, and personalized the drawers for some added flair.

Just gave this to my parents for Christmas. It turned out beautiful. I used spalted maple and epoxy for the table top. The legs are solid maple. I even put some electrical on it so they could charge their phones from where they like to sit. They seemed to really like it. If you are interested in something like this, hit me up. I make them to order.
