We love construction. Our customers are an amazing group of people that understand business, and know we have experience, license, and are insured to complete building projects.

We are blessed to have advocates.

In the process of doing work, we use a program called BuilderTrend to send out general proposals. This streamlines our process with our customers. The customer gets the opportunity to see our understanding of the scope of work, and the cost of that work. If the scope of work has changed, we reflect those changes in the proposals we generate. Proposals and site exploration takes time. We do our best to have great communication with our customers.

If a proposal is accepted we move on to scheduling the project. We take initial payment if that is part of the proposal. If the proposal is rejected, we move on to the next proposal. We do our best help our customers, but sometimes the understanding of the work and the actual work is challenging. That is part of the build process.

One way to ensure good communication is through the proposal process.

Because, of our customers we will be traveling to North Carolina next week to volunteer to help - where ever we can! We get to do this because of our dedication to the construction process, and always communicating with our customers!!

This is because of the companies, families, and individuals that believed in us and worked with us to get their projects complete. We honor and appreciate all of you!!

Did you know OLP Construciton Services accepts credit cards? We do!

(We are not endorsing that anyone use a credit card to pay for construction services. We do understand using credit card points - miles - and so on!!)

WE DO NOT Include the price of using a credit card in the pricing for any of our projects!! Here is how the pricing additions break down, if someone wants to use a credit card -

Transaction Fees*

Debit cards ----- 2.05% + $0.30/transaction
Standard Visa, Mastercard, & Discover credit cards ----- 2.75% + $0.30/transaction
Premium Visa, Mastercard, & Discover credit cards ----- 3.35% + $0.30/transaction
American Express & commercial cards ----- 4.05% + $0.30/transaction

Terms and Conditions

*Current merchant processing fees are: 2.05% + $0.30 for US consumer debit cards. 2.75% + $0.30 for standard credit cards where THERE IS NOT associated points or rewards redemption value and that are under the Discover, Mastercard and Visa brands. 3.35% + $0.30 for premium credit cards where there is an associated points or rewards redemption value and all non-US domestic credit and debit cards under the Discover, Mastercard, and Visa brands. 4.05% + $0.30 for all American Express cards and commercial and business cards under the Discover, Mastercard and Visa brands. A chargeback fee of $25.00 USD will apply per chargeback, plus charges for any work completed and mobilization. For full refunds, the full processing fee will be retained. For partial refunds, a fee equivalent to the pro-rated percentage of the processing fee will be retained, plus charges for any work completed and mobilization. Credit and debit card processing fees and all other fees are subject to change.

ACH - currently we accept ACH, and the only fees are from your bank to you for the transaction. If you need assistance with ACH, we can walk you through what we know, from the payee perspective.
