Doubled our leads since we got the van wrap, branded shirts & yard signs.
Working on a lot of day or two jobs over larger remodeling jobs, I’m sure you can imagine it takes a lot of leads for us to stay busy.
We do ok, it has its ups and downs.
Main thing is we have extreme dedication, determination and a willingness to do our best.
Last month we broke our record of leads in a single month. 33.
We have a 75% booking rate.
Meaning we typically book a consultation visit for 75% of the phone calls.
Of the total volume in leads, we convert 35% of them.
I close on 49% of the jobs I look at in the busy season and 30% in January / February.
In that information can mean a lot of different things.
We are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Thats that happy medium you hear business owners mention.
If we landed all the job leads we got, we would be booked out way to far and surely means we would not be charging enough.
The above is super important data, and is only a few of the many metrics we track. Happy to share what we know about our business.
