Today we’re celebrating ONE YEAR with Aiden! 🎉

If you’ve spent any time around a Stone Creek or Shelter Solutions jobsite, chances are Aiden has made you laugh at least once (or ten times). He always keeps the Blondies Excavation crew smiling, brings a positive attitude every day & somehow manages to make even the toughest days a little more fun🚜

Beyond being the class clown, Aiden is someone we can always count on. No matter what task is thrown his way, he jumps in without complaint, works hard & helps keep projects moving forward. His willingness to do whatever is needed and his upbeat attitude make him a valuable part of our family.

Aiden, thank you for a great first year. We appreciate your hard work, your reliability, and all the laughs you bring to the crew. We’re glad you’re part of the Stone Creek family!

Erin doesn’t ask for recognition. She just shows up, cares deeply & makes everything around her better.

✌️ years in & she’s become someone our team leans on in more ways than we probably say out loud. She notices what others need and steps in without being asked. Erin keeps the office orderly and clean, all the way down to the plants, which look better than ever.

One half of the greatest duo known to mankind… the Jensen Sistas... Erin can name every plant, bake a pie from scratch, hype you up on your worst day & track down just about anything. You name it: banana bread, coffee cake, soups, pies… if Erin made it, it’s going to be unreal.

Erin, we’re really grateful for the way you show up for all of us.

This little monster showed up on day one… a little unexpected, a little mysterious… definitely not OSHA approved.

No one was quite sure what to make of it.
But it got to work anyway.

It popped up in all the right moments… lurking in the background, tagging along on progress days, quietly becoming part of the story.

And somewhere between the dust, the noise & the long days…
this little monster stopped being the strange creature on the jobsite… and became part of the home itself.

By the time move-in day came, it only made sense.

Because this whole time…
this little monster wasn’t just helping build a home.

It was finding its way into it💚

As our VP of Operations, her thoughtful leadership, attention to detail, and quiet dedication create the kind of foundation that allows our entire team to thrive. She has a way of bringing both order and warmth to the office, helping create the kind of culture where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to do their best work. ✨

April truly is the glue that holds so much of our team together. With her wicked smart brain 🧠 and steady presence behind the scenes, she’s the one we all count on. Whether it’s reviewing numbers, proofreading a document, or helping solve a problem, she always shows up ready to help. 🙌

But more than anything, April takes care of this team like a true mama bear 🐻. Her loyalty runs deep, her heart is incredibly giving, and she brings a calm kindness that makes everyone around her feel supported. 💛

Outside the office, she’s a devoted mom, a lover of nature and an enthusiastic rock hounder 🪨 (very fitting for someone who is such a rock for our team)!
