Today, we celebrate another employee accomplishment at Little B - our Office Manager, Shelia Fleming, has been with us for 5 years! Shelia's pride in Little B shows every day, and we would not be able to operate without her hard work and dedication.

Today, we celebrate a very special achievement of one of our most instrumental employees, Eddie Mitchell, who has reached 30 years of service at Little B!

Eddie started as an equipment operator and now serves as the company's Superintendent. More importantly, while Buck was alive, Eddie was his right-hand man, often helping him with projects at his house or cabin on the weekend (check the comments for a great photo!).

It is rare to find someone so hard-working, dedicated, and willing to go above and beyond, so we truly are blessed to have Eddie as part of the Little B Family!

Join us in congratulating Brandon Carnes on his 15 Years of Service at Little B! Brandon started in 2011 as a flagger and worked his way through the ranks to become a Project Foreman. He is an integral part of our operation, and we're so thankful he's part of the Little B family. We can't wait to see what his next 15 years have in store!

Little B is honored to share that we have been featured in the Power Equipmenteer, Power Equipment Company's publication for and about their customers.

This is a full-circle moment, as Little B was originally featured in their Winter 1990 publication (we have previously shared this, but will reshare after this post). A lot has changed over the past 35 years - faces, leadership, equipment, and technology. Still, the pride the Hylton's have in this company, the importance of family, and the appreciation for our employees remain unchanged.
