We’re growing and looking for a motivated, dependable team member to join our excavation and construction crew.

Position: Excavation Operator / General Laborer
📍 Based in Southwest Washington
💰 Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities:
✔ Excavation and site preparation
✔ Utility trenching and grading
✔ Equipment operation (experience preferred)
✔ General construction labor
✔ Daily equipment maintenance and jobsite cleanup

Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Construction or excavation experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
