More homeowners are choosing to expand the homes they already love to make everyday living work better.

For these clients, that meant creating a primary suite on the main level. We expanded the powder room area to make room for a primary suite addition including a walk-in shower, vanity, and closet. We also enclosed two doorways and repaired the living room’s wainscoting so the changes feel like they belong with the rest of the home.

It’s a practical way to support one-level living now and plan for the future. If you’re thinking about an addition to make your home more comfortable and functional, we’d be glad to talk through what might work for you.

Every custom home we build has its own personality, and we’re loving the ocean vibes in the Clark family’s new home! 🌊

Mrs. Clark’s love of the ocean and fish is inspiring everything from the coastal colors to the fish-shaped pulls planned for many of the cabinets.

With construction well underway, these renderings offer a peek at what’s to come. We’re also sharing photos of two special pieces already made: the range hood and barn door, both handcrafted by our master carpenter using the Clarks’ reclaimed wood.

These personal touches are what make a custom home their own. We can’t wait to see it all come together!
