Out with the old and in with the upgrade 👏

The customer’s existing garage had seen better days and will soon be demolished, so we helped create a new two-level structure with plenty of room for storage, equipment, and future use.

The upstairs attic space is the perfect way to keep seasonal items and extra storage tucked away while keeping the main floor open and functional.

This build is definitely going to be one of a kind 👀And no… we didn’t forget to put plywood down in those attic floor op...

And no… we didn’t forget to put plywood down in those attic floor openings 😂

The customer is planning to install an elevator to easily move items up into the attic storage space, along with drop-down stairs to save room on the main floor.

Smart planning like this helps maximize storage while keeping the main level open and functional.
